The Process:How to turn your note into cash
If you are looking to get a quote for the first time, go to our Express
Quote Service.
If the seller has accepted the quote, follow the steps below:
- The seller has accepted our bid. Follow steps a-c below and fax
back documents to Security Financial at (415) 433-3588
a. Print and fax the consumer report
authorization form ( Adobe
PDF 8.68kb) with seller's signature
b. Send us tax returns and/or profit and loss statements for the
last two most recent years of operation
c. Send us a copy of the promissory note
- We will fax the broker a checklist of items needed for our due
diligence.
- Mail us the signed documents. Please do not fax.
- Security Financial completes its due diligence and prepares a
sales agreement and other necessary documents which will be sent to
the seller for signature.
- Seller simply signs the documents and mails them back to us.
- Once we receive the signed documents we will mail a check to the
seller and broker that same day.
